Softworx is a mid-sized enterprise technology company in South Africa. Leadership had identified a marketing challenge. Given its strong relationship with Infor, the company was often perceived as more of a software vendor than a strategic technology partner and it's digital profile was reinforcing this misleading perception.
In collaboration with the client, we implemented a strategy to re-position the brand. Initially, this involved developing a completely new visual brand identity, which included the adoption of the pay-off line, "perform better." We also completely re-imagined the website, making it mobile, tablet and desktop friendly. Next, we implemented a comprehensive thought leadership content marketing campaign to reinforce the client's positioning as a strategic business partner.
Within months, online digital engagement had skyrocketed, with thousands of new site visitors and hundreds of ebook downloads. The brands' engagement across major social platforms also grew significantly.
